2. Payment Terms:
Membership fees are billed monthly via EFT from your credit card or bank account.
Recurring memberships begin the day you sign up, and continue indefinitely until cancelled.
Payments are processed on the 1st of each month.
To cancel in the first 6 months, a $60 cancellation fee will be applied
3. Membership Freezing:
Membership freezes are available for $19 +tax per month, up to a maximum of 4 months annually.
*Family EFT* freeze fees are for each individual account
Request Deadline: Freeze requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before the 1st of the month to take effect.
Unfreezing Membership: To reactivate your membership, pay a prorated amount for the current month at the front desk.
No Retroactive Freezes: Freezes cannot be applied retroactively, and refunds will not be issued for past months.
Medical Exemptions: Members requesting a medical freeze must provide a valid doctor’s note indicating the reason and expected duration of absence.
4. Membership Cancellation:
Members may cancel their EFT membership at any time by submitting a cancellation request at least 5 business days before the next billing date.
No refunds will be issued for partial months.
Cancelling within 6 months will incur a $60 cancellation fee. Fee will be charged to the payment method on file but may not process until next billing date if transaction is invoiced instead of charged through PBGs POS

EFT memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the account.
6. Updates to Policy:
This policy is subject to change. Members will be notified of any updates via email or in-gym announcements.

COURSE & CANCELLATION

General Cancellation:
100% Refund: For cancellations made 2 or more weeks before the program start date.
50% Refund: For cancellations made 1–2 weeks before the start date.
No Refund: For cancellations made less than 1 week before the start date.
Community Meet Ups Cancellation:
100% Refund: For cancellations made 1 week in advance.
No Refund: For cancellations made less than 1 week in advance. Transferable to a following meet up.
Course-Specific Policies:
Adult Courses: Late enrolment is not permitted.
Youth Programs: Prorated late enrolment may be allowed up to the halfway point of the program.
Special Circumstances:
Medical Exceptions: Refunds, extensions, or credits may be granted for medical reasons with appropriate validation. Please contact us for assistance.
Missed Classes and Make-Up Policy
Missed Classes: No refunds, extensions, or make-up classes are offered for missed sessions.
Private and Semi-Private Lessons: These may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice.
Medical Exceptions: Credits may be issued for missed classes due to medical reasons with appropriate validation.

CREDIT PROGRAMS
Intro Week -> EFT Membership
- Credit the cost of an Intro Week toward your first month of EFT membership.
- Must sign up for an EFT membership within 24hrs of your last Intro Week day
- Both the Intro Week purchase and EFT sign-up must be completed in person at the front desk.
Day Pass Credit
Day pass purchases can be credited toward any Membership or Punch pass - Must be purchased within 24 hours of your initial day pass transaction
LOYALTY PROGRAMS
10 Punch Pass
- After purchasing your first 10 punch pass at regular price, receive a 10% discount on subsequent 10 punch pass purchases.
- Must use the same individual’s account for a discount to apply.
- Non-transferable.
- Purchases must be made in person at the front desk on or before your last punch
Prepaid Membership
- After purchasing a prepaid membership (1 month, 4 month, or annual) at regular price, receive a 10% discount on subsequent prepaid membership purchases.
